Ascent Solutions Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead planning, execution, and delivery of technology infrastructure projects in Metro Manila. You will coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to meet scope, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, risk management, and stakeholder communication skills, with a track record of multi-site deployments and government procurement experience being ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• 8–10 years of relevant project management experience, preferably in tech infrastructure and multi-site deployments.
• PM certifications such as PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum, or equivalent qualification.
• Proficiency with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Strong written and verbal communication, planning, and analytical/problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and attend client meetings/site visits as required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, monitor, and deliver projects within approved scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Coordinate among stakeholders, project teams, clients, and management to achieve objectives.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Monitor timelines, budgets, risk, and performance; prepare status reports and dashboards.
• Maintain accurate project documentation including plans, risks, minutes, and change requests.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies; implement corrective actions.
