Avaloq is seeking a Senior Project Manager in the Legal Regulatory and Community team to lead regulatory-driven transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. • Extensive experience in IT project/program management within financial services.
• Strong organizational skills ensuring delivery through planning, execution, progress reporting and monitoring.
• Knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall).
• Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members at all seniority levels.
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach.
• Resilience to stress.
• Full professional fluency in English.

As a Senior Project Manager in the legal, Regulatory and Community Team your mission is on time delivery. You will lead complex, regulatory-driven transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards in execution, governance, and stakeholder management.
