Job summary

Avaloq Group in the Philippines seeks a Senior Project Manager in the Legal Regulatory and Community Team to lead complex, regulatory-driven transformation initiatives within financial services. You will be accountable for end-to-end delivery, ensuring compliance and top execution standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Extensive IT project/program management experience in financial services.
• Strong planning, reporting and monitoring of project activities.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management and delivery methodologies (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall).
• Excellent communication across all seniority levels.
• Problem-solving attitude and resilience under pressure.
• Full professional fluency in English.

As a Senior Project Manager in the legal, Regulatory and Community Team your mission is on time delivery. You will lead complex, regulatory-driven transformation initiatives within the financial services sector. You will be accountable for the end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards in execution, governance, and stakeholder management.

• Reporting: Regularly prepare status reports for management and present project results

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Extensive experience in IT project/program management within financial services
• Very good organizational skills ensuring success in delivery through planning, executing, progress reporting, controlling, reporting and monitoring of the project activities
• Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, and delivery methodologies (Agile / Hybrid / Waterfall)
• Excellent communication skills to foster relationships with clients and team members alike, on all seniority levels
• Problem-solving attitude and proactive approach
• Resilience to stress
• Full professional fluency in English
