Job summary

WPP Production in Manila is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead localization of screens for websites and marketing materials, ensuring cultural viability and delivering assets on time through CMS tools.

You will collaborate with Content Studio and creative teams, manage asset distribution, track status, and develop clear briefs and matrices, while maintaining records and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced, AI-enabled marketing environment.

• 5+ years of experience in Project/Asset Management delivery.
• Strong communication and people skills.
• Good process-based thinker that can still be creative with workflows.
• Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to focus in on one specific part of the PM process but with an understanding of the bigger picture.
• Proactive - someone who can use time to set themselves up for success.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assets being delivered on time - through various CMS tools
• Manage asset distribution and maintain accurate records
• Works with the PM and Producers to ensure timings are met and keep leads up to date on progress and status
• Tracks and reports on the status of all assets
• Create clear briefs and brief out uploads to teams
• Create and manage matrices
• Check off assets against guides
• Ideally picks up overflow tasks from LOB PM

What will a Senior Project Manager do in WPP Production?

Senior Project Manager works closely with Content Studio to execute and create all required localized screens featured within our website or other marketing materials, including reviewing content for cultural viability. The role also supports the creative team with "buckets of content" and versions of photography.
