Job summary

Electronic Security Systems Corporation (ESSCOR) is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead security systems projects in Metro Manila. The role requires hands-on leadership of managers, engineers, and site teams to deliver multi-site deployments on time and within budget.

Ideal candidates will have 5–7 years of PM experience in ELV/ICT/security projects, PMP credential, and a solid background in IT/networking fundamentals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering preferred (Electronics, Electrical, Computer, or Industrial).
• PM/Construction degree acceptable.
• Postgraduate studies in Management, Engineering Management, or MBA advantageous.
• PMP certification advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects on time, within scope and budget.
• Lead and mentor project managers, engineers, and site teams.
• Coordinate with clients and stakeholders; provide regular status updates.
