Job summary

Electronic Security Systems Corporation (ESSCOR) is seeking a seasoned Site Supervisor to lead installation and commissioning of ELV and security systems at live projects in Metro Manila. You will manage a site team of technicians and coordinate with clients and contractors to ensure drawings and specs are followed.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or BE in electronics/electrical/communications, with at least 3 years supervising on-site installations, and hands-on experience with security

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Communications Engineering, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3 years of site-level project supervision, installation, or execution experience, preferably in security systems or ELV projects.
• Expert in installation and mounting of security devices and auxiliary systems.
• Practical experience in project execution, manpower coordination, and site activities.
• Exposure to project documentation, reporting, and coordination with Project Engineers and Project Managers.
• Experience working with technicians, subcontractors, and vendors on active construction or fit-out sites.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the site team (technicians, installers, subcontractors).
• Ensure proper implementation of installation works per approved drawings and specifications.
• Monitor daily activities and report progress to the Project Manager.
• Implement the project schedule, ensuring milestone adherence.
• Coordinate the delivery and staging of materials and tools.
• Ensure all cabling, terminations, and installations meet system requirements.
• Coordinate with client’s site representatives, consultants, and general contractors.
• Facilitate site meetings and walkthroughs with stakeholders.
• Relay technical concerns or required changes to the Project Engineer or Manager.
• Enforce quality assurance and control (QA/QC) policies during installation.
• Conduct site inspections and resolve non-compliance issues immediately.
• Promote and ensure compliance with site safety regulations and practices.
• Prepare and submit Daily Accomplishment Reports (DAR).
• Update project documentation such as progress photos, issue logs, and punch lists.
• Assist in testing, commissioning, and punch list rectification works.
