APPLY is seeking a Senior Project Manager who can build strong, trusted relationships with our clients. They are passionate about digital strategy, products, platforms, and marketing, and are not afraid to speak with various client stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably in web or mobile development.
• Proficiency with agile project management frameworks (Scrum, Kanban), including experience leading sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives as a Scrum Master.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
• Agile certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, or similar) is a plus.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, AirTable, Jira Product Discovery or other project management tools is preferred.
• Proven relationship-building abilities with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, facilitating project alignment and driving successful collaboration.
• Skilled in creating actionable plans in fast-paced, agile environments, balancing timelines, resources, and ambiguity to ensure project success.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Nice to have: experience with mobile apps, OTT services, web, and digital media technologies would be great to have.

Responsibilities

• Define and translate client requirements into actionable roadmaps and manage project execution.
• Conduct workshops and meetings for requirements gathering, design reviews, prototyping, testing, and stakeholder feedback.
• Apply agile or hybrid methodologies to ensure efficient workflows across teams.
• Collaborate with Product Consultants, Client Services, and PMO to manage project budgets, timelines, and resources.
• Identify and address risks, balancing business and technical needs, and elevate issues when necessary.
• Serve as the primary contact for clients and team members, providing updates on project progress and changes in scope.
• Maintain regular client engagement to ensure expected value delivery.
• Foster a collaborative team environment and monitor team morale.

LOCATION: APPLY is hybrid/remote-friendly. The preferred candidate should be based in Latin America, preferably working in hours that align to ET (Eastern Timezone) or PT (Pacific Timezone).

Candidates located in Santiago, Chile are able to work out of our Santiago office as remote/hybrid employees. Candidates located outside of Santiago, Chile will be fully remote employees.

As a Senior Project Manager, you are a champion for Project Management and Agile best practices but are flexible and can adjust your processes to fit your project team and clients’ needs. You are comfortable wearing multiple hats and acting as a Scrum Master. You can manage budgets, timelines, and client expectations with ease. You are a consultant, a problem solver, and a \"big picture\" thinker while digging into the details. The ideal candidate will be solution-driven and able to handle multiple fast-paced projects while managing multiple teams and communicating with leadership. Above all, you are accountable to your team, to yourself, and to the delivery of excellence.
