Job summary

White Cloak Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to lead telehealth platform projects, coordinating across Product, Engineering, QA, UI/UX, Operations, Customer Support, and external partners to ensure timely delivery within scope and budget.

The role translates business and clinical requirements into actionable project plans, driving successful implementation across mobile, web, backend services, and integrations while maintaining healthcare privacy, security, and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, Engineering, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • 3–7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology, digital health, healthcare, SaaS, or mobile applications.
  • Experience managing software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
  • Experience managing mobile and/or web application development.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, and similar project management tools.
  • Strong understanding of software development and QA processes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of telehealth application projects from initiation through deployment and post-launch support.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, deliverables, resources, and dependencies.
  • Define project scope, objectives, success criteria, KPIs, and manage scope changes.
  • Track project progress, risks, issues, and blockers, ensuring timely resolution and delivery.
  • Coordinate with Product, Engineering, QA, DevOps, UI/UX, Support, and business teams to align project execution.
  • Translate business requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure proper documentation, prioritization, and approval.
  • Manage development activities across mobile, web, backend services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Facilitate communication and technical discussions between stakeholders, business teams, and engineering teams.
  • Establish testing schedules and oversee functional, integration, regression, performance, security, and UAT activities.
  • Coordinate defect management, release readiness, production deployments, and post-release validation.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare privacy, security, regulatory, and audit requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage technology vendors, implementation partners, and third-party providers, ensuring delivery against commitments and SLAs.
  • Provide regular project reporting, status updates, risk assessments, and escalation of critical issues to leadership.
  • Support production monitoring, incident resolution, stabilization activities, and continuous process improvements.
  • Conduct post-project reviews, capture lessons learned, and drive enhancement roadmaps based on business and user feedback.
