Job summary

Harriscomputer in the Philippines seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects from initiation to closure. You will collaborate with clients to define requirements, objectives, and success criteria while driving continuous improvements and managing risk.

Qualifications

• Education in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management role or relevant experience.
• Proven leadership and management skills.
• Proven problem-solving and decision‑making skills.
• Possess skills in negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and conflict management.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as Agile and Scrum.
