Job summary

MR DIY Philippines seeks a Project Management Officer/Sr. Project Engineer to oversee planning, execution, and completion of construction projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong project management, technical expertise, and coordination with stakeholders to meet budget allocations and timelines. Fieldwork and collaboration with HQ Malaysia are expected.

Qualifications

• Licensed engineer with PM experience in construction.
• Experience in retail/construction fit-out preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• Willing to perform fieldwork and report to head office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HQ Malaysia architects and engineers on project specs.
• Provide layout and design recommendations for local settings.
• Prepare pre-bid documents, project plans, and conduct monitoring.
• Plan, organize, and manage project budgets and expenses.
• Obtain quotations and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Schedule construction operations to meet deadlines.
• Monitor progress and prepare detailed reports.
