Job summary

PrimeInfra seeks a seasoned Project Engineer – Upper Basin to lead site construction activities, supervise earthworks, embankments, drainage, and RCC test sections, ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards at Laguna sites. The role requires coordinating with EPC contractors and the Owner’s Engineer while maintaining rigorous documentation.

You will review drawings, manage schedules, monitor progress, and produce regular engineering reports, dashboards, and updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering with licensure preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in bulk earthworks with QA/QC requirements.
• Experience on dams, tailings, levees, or similar earth structures is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with embankment construction and material testing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Upper Basin site construction activities including earthworks and drainage.
• Review drawings, submittals, ITPs, and schedules for compliance.
• Monitor safety, quality, progress, manpower, and equipment resources.
• Coordinate with EPC contractors, Owner’s Engineer, and internal teams.
• Prepare engineering reports and project updates.
