Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Senior / Project Engineer – Mechanical (Building Services) to independently deliver electrical engineering design work, focusing on main power distribution, lighting and power systems. You will support projects from feasibility and design through tendering and construction.

The role requires 6–10 years' experience (Senior Engineer) or less for Engineers, with strong English and Chinese language skills, good communication, and willingness to travel frequently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Services or Electrical Engineering is required.
• 6–10 years' experience for Senior Engineer; less experienced candidates may be Engineers.
• Corporate membership or professional qualification is an advantage.
• Experience on large-scale building, infrastructure, healthcare or overseas projects.
• Familiar with design guidelines, codes of practice, statutory regulations, and submission/approval procedures with authorities.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and MS Office applications.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good communication skills and ability to deliver work under tight timelines.
• Willingness to travel frequently.
