Job summary

A & E Equinet Support Inc. is seeking a qualified Electrical Engineer to assist in the design of electrical systems for building projects, including power distribution, lighting, fire alarm, telecommunications, and low voltage networks.

You will develop electrical plans and construction documents using AutoCAD and Revit, perform load calculations and equipment sizing, and ensure designs comply with relevant codes and standards while coordinating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and licensure are required or must be in process.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in electrical system design or related field.
• Strong understanding of electrical design principles, safety regulations, and energy efficiency standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to create Electrical Design/Shop Drawings using the software.
