Job summary

Landco Pacific Corporation seeks a Project Director to act as the mini-General Manager for our multi-site leisure and residential developments. You will manage concept development, approvals, and project operations across Tagaytay, Calatagan, and other sites.

The role requires steering cross-functional teams (design, marketing, sales, finance) to achieve targets, ensuring timely turnover to homeowners, and maintaining strong relations with regulators and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree requirement; MBA/PRC license a plus.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams (technical, marketing, sales, finance).
• Experience with government agencies, LGUs, and homeowners’ associations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead concept development: masterplan, product mix, and business plan.
• Secure permits, licenses, and approvals with regulators.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and cross-functional collaboration.
• Monitor cash flow, budgets, and financial performance of projects.
• Lead HOA support and turnover of units to homeowners.
• Supervise project staff and build accountability culture.
• Support land acquisition due diligence and market trend analysis.
