Job summary

WSP Manila Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Controller to support the Earth and Environment (E&E) Project Management group. You will oversee project life cycles, budgeting, scheduling and safety planning for environmental and geotechnical projects in Manila and surrounding sites.

The role requires 5-10 years of relevant experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and teamwork. You will work with project managers, subcontractors and clients to ensure on-time delivery and compliant

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in environmental, science, engineering or related field.
5-10 years of post-education experience in relevant skills.
Basic knowledge of project management principles and PMI’s Body of Knowledge.
PMP certification would be an asset.

Responsibilities

Set up and coordinate the project per WSP Delivery Management System and quality procedures.
Monitor budgets, expenditures and schedules with the project team.
Provide timely updates on controls, progress and forecasting trends to the Project Manager.
Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers; assist with subcontractor work orders and invoicing payments.
Create and update project budgets and schedules; flag issues to the Project Manager.
Interface with the accounting team to ensure client invoicing compliance and timely payments.
