Job summary

WSP Manila, Inc. is seeking a Head of Earth & Environment to lead the GCC operations and drive strategic growth across projects worldwide.

This senior leadership role requires strong vision, financial acumen, and the ability to inspire and align cross‑disciplinary teams. Based in Manila, you will collaborate with global stakeholders, translate strategy into expansion plans, and build capabilities within our Earth & Environment group while reporting to the Director of Earth and Environment

The Head of Earth & Environment is a team leadership role responsible for driving strategic growth and operational excellence for the Earth andEnvironment Global Capability Centre (GCC) operations, supporting the pursuit of new business opportunities,developing and implementing expansion strategies, managing GCC Manila teams and integrating with key stakeholders acrossEarth and Environment. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, financial acumen, and the ability tocollaborate globally across GCC and Lead Country locations.

You will be a member of the E&E GCC Strategic Activation and the E&E OperationsTeam, reporting directly to Director of Earth and Environment Operations, Australia and National Operations Executives.
