Job summary

Sourcefit Philippines, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Controls Analyst to lead the project controls team on assigned construction/design projects.

You will oversee budget management, cost control, forecasting, and change management, coordinating with operations and stakeholders to balance demand and capacity. The role requires extensive experience in project controls, scheduling, and accounting systems, with travel to the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
• Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Hands-on experience with Project Management Systems (Procore, Unifier).
• Knowledge of Accounting Systems (Oracle Fusion, Vista, SAP).
• Knowledge of scheduling software (Primavera P6 EPPM, Oracle Primavera Cloud).
• Risk analysis techniques experience a plus.
• Experience in large industrial construction projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Budget Management, Cost Control, Forecasting, and Change Management across projects.
• Maintain and update Project Budget from inception to completion, including changes.
• Update and monitor Cost Control System and Progress Measurement.
• Manage ETC and EAC updates and related tools (Procurement Plan, Staffing Plan, GR Plan).
• Analyze forecast vs budget and report variances to project team and management.
• Review subcontractors' payapps and suppliers’ invoices for accuracy.
• Assess change order requests from subcontractors and clients.
• Attend OAC review meetings and participate in travel to project locations as needed.
