Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a skilled professional to support cost estimating, scheduling, quantity take-offs and project reporting for ANZ bids and live projects. You will work under ANZ bid leads and project controls managers, leading junior staff and ensuring high-quality outputs.

Required four+ years in project controls, strong Primavera P6 and MS Project skills, and the ability to prepare clear, data-driven reports.

Qualifications

• Four+ years in project controls, estimating or planning on infrastructure or construction projects.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering, quantity surveying, construction management or related discipline.
• Strong written English and reporting capability; ability to operate within ANZ business hours overlap.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quantity take-offs from drawings and 3D models.
• Build first-principles cost estimates using ANZ rate libraries and historical data.
• Format and check tender pricing schedules.
• Prepare monthly project performance reports and dashboards.
• Support cost forecasting, cash flow modelling and variance analysis.
• Maintain risk and contingency registers.
