Job summary

BizForce seeks an experienced Project Architect to deliver high-end residential design, technical development, and production. The role requires strong Revit skills, interior design sensibility, and leadership across schematic to construction documentation.

You will collaborate with design teams, vendors, and consultants to produce detailed drawings, oversee buildable documentation, and maintain quality control while supporting a remote work setup with ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• 5+ years of professional architectural experience, preferably as Project Architect.
• Experience with high-end residential projects.
• Advanced/expert proficiency in Revit.
• Experience leading architectural work across design, technical and production phases.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support full-service architectural work for high-end residential projects.
• Develop and maintain construction document sets with plans and details.
• Produce high-end detailing for millwork, doors, windows, and other elements.
• Design building envelopes for cold-weather climates balancing performance and design.
• Coordinate with trades, vendors, and consultants to ensure integrated design.
• Apply interior design considerations for cohesive outcomes.
