Job summary

Minnaro architectural studio is seeking a Senior Project Architect with 5–10 years of Ontario project experience. You will lead design development, prepare presentation documents, and ensure compliance with the Ontario Building Code (Parts 3 & 9).

The role requires strong communication, self-direction, and a collaborative mindset to produce high-end client results. Master’s degree in Architecture is mandatory, with eligibility for Intern status with the Ontario Association of Architects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years’ experience on Ontario projects.
• Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited school; Intern status with OAA.
• Ability to apply Ontario Building Code (Parts 3 and 9) knowledge.
• Strong written and verbal communication; collaborative work style.

Responsibilities

• Ability to prepare Architectural presentation documents (renderings, boards, booklets, etc).
• Understanding of Adobe products including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Understanding of Rhino, Grasshopper, and parametric design.
• LEED BD+C Accreditation.
