Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 5 years of relevant experience in project management or related roles.
• Experience in Insurance or BPO preferred.
• Experience creating comprehensive project plans and maintaining project documentation.
• Experience in leading meetings and providing project updates to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of insurance industry practices and regulatory considerations.
• Familiarity with project management tools and agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe, waterfall, or hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and milestones with project managers.
• Coordinate project-related tasks to ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in resource allocation, monitoring progress and bottlenecks.
• Gather and analyze project data for accuracy and insights.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations on project performance.
• Identify trends and opportunities for improvement from data analysis.
• Maintain project documentation including charters and requirements.
• Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and action item follow-ups.
• Identify and document project risks and issues with mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Support PMO processes and regulatory compliance.
