Job summary

China Telecom Global is seeking a finance professional to oversee project accounting activities in Manila. You will manage financial operations for projects, including CIP capitalization, asset transfers, and providing financial support for contracts and procurement.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in telecom finance, strong ethics, and excellent English communication. Overseas experience is a plus; Chinese language ability is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Financial Management, or related discipline.
• At least 3 years of finance or accounting experience in the telecommunications industry.
• Overseas work experience preferred.
• Strong ethics; familiar with financial management policies and procedures.
• Strong project analysis, problem-solving, and professional judgment.
• Good communication skills, teamwork, and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English; Chinese proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle financial accounting and related financial management activities for project operations.
• Manage accounting and financial treatment of project materials and construction in progress (CIP), capitalization, and asset transfers.
• Manage accounts payable and monitor aging of outstanding balances and intercompany receivables/payables.
• Provide financial support for project contracts and procurement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
