CAI is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead the establishment of information systems supporting the Development Impact Framework. The role is full-time and hybrid in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.

You will train internal staff and counterparts, apply methodologies, and ensure data collection systems support evidence-based, adaptive management across projects. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of relevant program management experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the establishment of information systems to support the Development Impact Framework and internal activities.
• Deliver training on the development impact framework for staff and counterparts, including data collection and learning integration.
• Provide advisory and technical support to project teams during design, implementation and self-evaluation of lending operations.
