Job summary

Rare is seeking a Senior Associate, Program Implementation to lead field delivery for the FairCatch Sarangani Bay Project in Kiamba and Maitum. You will work with local government units, coastal communities, and stakeholders to ensure timely, high-quality execution of project activities and compliance with grant requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in fisheries, development, social sciences or related field.
• Proven experience in coordinating programs and engaging stakeholders.
• Ability to supervise teams and facilitate meetings/workshops.

Responsibilities

• Lead ground implementation of project activities with key stakeholders.
• Coordinate MCS tool deployment and capacity building for communities and LGUs.
• Develop and finalize IUU reduction plans with communities and local government.
• Support inter-agency coordination among LGUs, PAMB, DENR, and other agencies.
• Consolidate data and prepare progress and performance reports for leadership.
