Job summary

Rare is seeking a Director of Program Implementation to provide strategic leadership in end-to-end management of Fish Forever Philippines programs. You will guide the Program Implementation team, align work and budget plans, monitor progress, and adapt to changes to maximize impact.

You will lead in defining strategy, managing the full program cycle, and building partnerships with diverse stakeholders to deliver sustainable outcomes for communities and ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management experience in delivering complex programs.
• Experience building and sustaining multi-stakeholder partnerships.
• Ability to manage budgets, monitoring, and reporting.
• Experience collaborating with government partners, communities, and NGOs.

Responsibilities

• Define program strategy, goals, work plans, and resources.
• Manage full program cycle from planning to evaluation.
• Provide guidance to managers to ensure alignment and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to standards, timelines, and budget utilization.
• Support resource mobilization and fundraising efforts.
• Lead risk assessment and design corrective actions.
• Assess programs to identify strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities.
