Job summary

Kaertech Electronics Philippines seeks a Production Planning Supervisor in Biñan, Laguna. You will oversee production and material planning, inventory control, and capacity planning to meet the monthly production schedule.

You will lead a small team, conduct performance reviews, ensure ERP/MRP (Odoo) transactions are completed on time, and drive Lean Six Sigma improvements. Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with AI tools are desired.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in production planning and inventory control in manufacturing.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with electronics processes and ERP/MRP systems such as Odoo.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for complex data analysis; background in AI tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, or DMAIC to solve complex issues; strong analytical thinking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Production and material planning inventory control.
• Conducts material and manpower assessment.
• Analyzes manufacturing schedule for three (3) months.
• Establishes capacity per model.
• Establishes set target per process in activity monitoring.
• Ensures daily DLC target is met.
• Tracks daily production output based on plan.
• Ensures materials availability three days before production plan.
• Supervises all material movements.
• Tracks materials arrival and status.
• Controls materials In/Out of production.
• Ensures all system transactions in Odoo are executed on time.
• Creates monthly inventory report.
• Establishes procedure and process flow.
• Conducts performance review of subordinates.
