Job summary

Kaertech, a Baracoda Company, is seeking a Production Planning and Inventory Control Supervisor in Biñan, Laguna. The role oversees end-to-end scheduling and inventory, ensuring alignment with sales forecasts while optimizing stock levels.

Responsibilities include planning, material assessment, capacity establishment, and daily production tracking. Candidates should have a Bachelor's in a related field, 3+ years in PPIC, 1+ year supervisory experience, and proficiency with Odoo ERP/MRP and MS

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years experience in production planning and inventory control.
• Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience.
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems such as Odoo.
• Proficiency in MS Excel for complex data analysis; background in AI tools.
• Knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma or DMAIC methodologies.
• Strong analytical thinking, leadership and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan production and manage material inventory end-to-end.
• Conduct material and manpower assessments.
• Analyze manufacturing schedule for three months.
• Establish capacity per model and targets per process.
• Monitor daily DLC targets and production output.
• Ensure material availability three days before plan.
• Supervise all material movements and track arrivals.
• Ensure Odoo transactions are executed on time.
• Create monthly inventory reports and establish procedures.
