Job summary

Brother Industries (Philippines), Inc. is seeking a seasoned Industrial Engineer with a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related engineering discipline to join our production team in Mimaropa.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup, strong knowledge of QC tools, and hands-on experience in production capacity planning, progress monitoring, and recovery planning.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related Engineering field.
5+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Set-up.
Knowledge of Basic / New QC Tools.
Experience in Production Capacity Planning, Progress Monitoring and Recovery Planning.
Experience in implementation of improvement activities / small project activities.
Experience in manpower planning and management.
Willingness to be assigned to production processes and improvements.
Good communication, leadership and presentation skills.
Proficient in MS applications especially MS Excel.
Knowledge of Macros is an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision.
