Job summary

Danone Mexico is seeking a Senior Product Owner for Supporting Functions to define and drive the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and value realization across FP&A, DBS, HR, and General Services. You will partner with business leaders, IT, and data teams to translate needs into scalable digital solutions that boost efficiency and data quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Finance, HR, Technology, Data.
5–8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Enterprise Applications or related roles.
Experience managing products or platforms supporting Finance, HR, Shared Services, Corporate Functions, or other enterprise processes.
Proven experience in agile environments with backlog, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery teams.
Experience operating in regional or global organizations with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the product vision, roadmap, prioritization, and value delivery for enterprise products.
Collaborate with business leaders, IT, Data teams, and external providers to translate needs into scalable digital solutions.
Balance competing priorities, manage dependencies, and ensure adoption and measurable business value.
