Job summary

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of semiconductor, module, and system-level product development and qualification methods.
• Strong reliability testing, failure analysis, and corrective action skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Design, Test, Reliability, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development, evaluation, and qualification activities.
• Develop qualification plans for reliability and manufacturing readiness.
• Own product lifecycle from development to end-of-life.
• Optimize manufacturing processes, yield, quality, and supply chain resiliency.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
