Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. seeks a Senior Engineer in Product Engineering (Prod Dev) to lead complex electronic component development and qualification across multiple product lines. You will guide product evaluation, reliability improvements, and manufacturing readiness while mentoring junior engineers.

Collaborate with Design, Test, Reliability, Operations, and Suppliers to ensure high-quality, customer-focused solutions for medical imaging and related applications.

Qualifications

• Masters preferred in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Extensive knowledge of semiconductor, module, and system-level product development.
• Expert in NI LabVIEW/C#, FPGA (Verilog/VHDL) programming; ChipAgent AI a plus.
• Strong reliability testing, failure analysis, and corrective action experience.
• Deep IC design principles and quality improvement capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development, evaluation, and qualification activities.
• Develop qualification plans to ensure product reliability and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive product lifecycle ownership from development through release and end-of-life.
• Collaborate across Design, Test, Reliability, Operations, Suppliers, and Customers.
• Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers.
