Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of semiconductor, module, and system-level product development and qualification methodologies.
• Experience with reliability testing, failure analysis, and corrective actions.
• Expertise in complex electronic component design and IC design principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development, evaluation, and qualification activities.
• Develop and execute qualification plans to ensure product reliability and manufacturing readiness.
• Drive product lifecycle ownership including issue resolution and process improvements.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices.
