Moniepoint is hiring a remote Staff Product Designer based in India. You will lead high-quality UX/UI design for financial products, mentor junior designers, and champion user-centred design.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a senior product design role with strong UX focus and leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead impactful projects and mentor junior designers.
• Expertise in visual design, typography, grids, layout, and colour theory.
• Strong interaction design, information architecture, and user flows.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute design strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs.
• Lead end-to-end design process from discovery to final UI execution.
• Conduct advanced user research, usability testing, and A/B experiments.
• Partner with product managers and engineers to implement designs.
• Design scalable UI components and contribute to the design system.
• Advocate for accessibility and inclusive design.
