Job summary

Dyson Institute is seeking a highly motivated Lead Manufacturing Quality Engineer to oversee quality aspects of new product delivery and continuous improvement for mature products. You will ensure compliance with ISO/standards and GMP throughout the product lifecycle.

You will lead QA activities for new products, drive risk management, oversee design verification/validation, supplier quality, and CAPA, collaborating across design, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to achieve robust product

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, quality management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in quality assurance in product development.
• Experience in consumer electronics or technology preferred.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820.
• Proficient in DFx, FMEA, Six Sigma, 8D, SPC, APQP.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activities for new products and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Oversee design verification/validation and design transfer.
• Drive risk management and design/process quality efforts.
• Represent QA in project leadership across teams.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for issues.
• Ensure GMP compliance and supplier quality management.
