Job summary

HR Network Inc. is seeking an experienced Purchasing/Procurement professional to support our operations in the Philippines. The role focuses on sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers to meet production requirements.

The ideal candidate will handle material purchases across LED lighting, electrical, steel, aluminum, and construction materials, maintain inventory levels, and coordinate with Engineering, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years in Purchasing or Procurement, preferably in manufacturing, construction, electrical, lighting, or related industries.
• Experience in supplier sourcing, negotiation, and supplier management.
• Knowledge of raw materials, electrical products, steel, aluminum, hardware, or construction materials is advantageous.
• Strong skills in cost analysis, inventory planning, and purchasing management.
• Amenable to work onsite in Angeles, Pampanga.

Responsibilities

• Develop purchasing and procurement plans based on business requirements.
• Source and purchase materials, components, and finished products.
• Handle purchases of LED lighting, electrical supplies, steel, aluminum, hardware, fabrication materials, and construction-related products.
• Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Project Management, Sales, and Warehouse teams.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Manage Purchase Orders and coordinate supplier deliveries.
• Resolve supplier concerns involving delays, shortages, quality issues, and defective materials.
