Job summary

Our Clients is seeking a Senior Procurement Lead to oversee high-volume procurement for a manufacturing operation. The role emphasizes hands-on buying, sourcing across direct materials, and ensuring timely availability for production.

The ideal candidate will manage 3,000+ materials/SKUs, coordinate with Demand Planning, Production Planning, Warehousing, and Inventory, and align procurement with demand and inventory strategies. FMCG or manufacturing experience is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field such as supply chain, engineering, or business.
Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain within FMCG/manufacturing.
Hands-on buying, sourcing, and day-to-day procurement activities.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day procurement for a manufacturing operation.
Handle sourcing across a diverse range of materials and SKUs.
Manage ~3,000 materials/SKUs ensuring timely availability for production.
Source direct materials, including high-value ingredients and packaging materials.
Coordinate with local and international suppliers to meet demand.
