Job summary

fph is seeking a safety and process safety leader to drive the CCPS RBPS framework across our geothermal assets. You will lead SCE identification, barrier integrity, and PSI updates, ensuring critical alarms and field realities are reflected in design.

You will also steer HAZOP/LOPA analyses, manage MOC/TAN gates, and build competency programs for operations, control centers, and contractors, while tracking enterprise safety KPIs and RCAs.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing CCPS RBPS framework.
• Lead HAZOP, LOPA and Bowtie analyses.
• Develop and govern MOC and TAN gates.
• Lead safety competency programs and contractor oversight.
• Establish safety KPIs and incident analysis dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Drive CCPS RBPS roadmap from Stabilization to Maturity.
• Identify and strengthen SCEs and barrier integrity.
• Audit and update PSI including P&IDs and SLDs.
• Institute MOC/TAN gates to manage changes.
• Lead multi-disciplinary HA ZOP/LOPA analyses across assets.
• Develop competency matrices for operations and control centers.
• Oversee contractor safety programs and audits.
• Coordinate RCAs and safety metrics enterprise-wide.
