Job summary

ams OSRAM Group is seeking a Senior Process Engineer in the Philippines (Laguna/Calamba) to lead manufacturing process engineering activities and drive improvements across yield, quality, reliability, and costs. You will mentor teams and implement data-driven methods while maintaining compliance with quality systems.

The role requires hands-on experience with tape-and-reel and AOI systems, plus willingness to work rotating 12-hour shifts.

Qualifications

2-3 years hands on experience in tape and reel process and AOI systems.
Experience in semiconductor is a plus.
Willingness to perform 12-hour rotating day/night shifts monthly.

Responsibilities

Lead process engineering activities and provide technical leadership for manufacturing operations.
Drive complex process improvements, yields, quality, reliability, and cost reductions using Lean Six Sigma, automation, and data-driven methods.
Serve as SME for critical processes by defining control strategies and roadmaps.
Lead process qualifications, validations, tech transfers, and engineering changes with compliance.
Lead cross-functional problem solving with Operations, Quality, Engineering to implement sustainable solutions.
Prepare and present technical reports, support customer audits and maintain quality systems.
