Job summary

NTT DATA in the Philippines is seeking a Senior Principal Enterprise Applications Consultant/Implementation Specialist. You will be a deep SME in enterprise applications such as SAP, Oracle and Microsoft, guiding design, testing and deployment across complex engagements.

You will lead multi-project efforts, mentor junior staff, coordinate with stakeholders, ensure deliverables align with PMO standards, and drive risk mitigation and client success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in IT/CS or related field.
• Significant enterprise applications experience across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft.
• Enterprise application certifications preferred.

Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Principal Enterprise Applications Consultant/ Implementation Specialist is a highly skilled and deep subject matter expert in more than one complex enterprise application such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.

This role is responsible for managing the testing and troubleshooting of the functionality of the installed enterprise applications and/or systems.

This role leads the planning, designing and implementation of multiple assigned enterprise applications and/or systems, as well as performs all of the tasks defined by the project, gathering facts, analyzing client requirements and designing solutions that demonstrate the functionality to support the findings.

This role is responsible for managing large, complex engagements and may assist with portions of smaller engagements when required.

Key responsibilities:

• Leads and promotes knowledge sharing gained on technical or functional skills, consulting skills and business experience with team on projects, managed services and internally.
• Performs and manages project-defined tasks and drives issues to closure.
• Gathers facts, analyze client business requirements, including process.
• Drives all documentation and administrative tasks and ensure compliance with the PMO templates and standards.
• Contributes to the development of business process procedures and test scenarios.
• Assists with the development and preparation of end-user documentation and user manuals.
• Advises stakeholders of the potential project or solution risks and issues to team leads/project management and recommend resolutions.
• Assists clients with audit requirements and facilitates testing and sign-off workshops.
• Leads meetings/ task groups, tracking and influencing task group progress and project delivery as well as delivering progress reports.
• Provides coaching and mentorship to junior team members internally and in a project environment.
• Oversees and manages all project activities for the assigned areas.
• Manages large and complex process design and configuration workshops with the client.
• Reviews the results of test scenarios related to the business processes and complete functional testing, application configuration and data migration duties.
• Performs and manages the testing and troubleshooting of the functionality of installed systems.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of the project.
• Actively searches for opportunities and/or improvements by anticipating potential obstacles and impacts on the accomplishment of goals and timelines.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
• Enterprise application-specific certifications preferred.
• Certification in one functional area of application.

Required experience:

• Significant Enterprise Applications Consultant experience in one or more applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
• Significant experience working across project lifecycles from scoping to post go live.
• Significant demonstrated experienced in providing technical guidance for the planning, design implementation of enterprise applications.
• Significant client engagement experience.
• Significant team coaching and mentoring experience.
