Job summary

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Associate Applications Consultant/Implementation Specialist to help plan, design and implement less complex enterprise applications in a hybrid setup.

You will contribute to workshops, configuration, and end-user documentation, while delivering progress reports and supporting project lifecycles across SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT or CS or equivalent.
• Enterprise application certifications preferred.
• Certification in a functional area of application.
• Moderate experience in enterprise applications consulting (SAP/Oracle/Microsoft).
• Experience across project lifecycles from scoping to post go-live.

Your day at NTT DATA

The Senior Associate Applications Consultant/ Implementation Specialist assists with the planning, design, implementation for the less complex assigned enterprise applications and/or systems.

This role is assigned to specific areas or projects and prepares and contributes to the process design workshops and system configuration.

This role provides status updates and delivers project progress reports.

Key responsibilities:

• Supports specific areas of a project or managed service, such as functional testing, application configuration, data migration.
• Develops skills and knowledge as an Enterprise Applications Consultant.
• Engages in delivery projects, supporting the lifecycle of enterprise application projects.
• Assists with the execution of functional testing of less complex assigned applications.
• Participates in discussions around process design and configuration.
• Maintains documentation, support system testing and authorizations.
• Maintains reports on project status and delivers progress reports.
• Assists with technical preparation of business process workflows and procedures.
• Assists with the preparation of end-user documentation and user manuals.
• Participates in process design workshops and configuration discussions.

Academic qualifications and certifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology or Computer Science or related field.
• Enterprise application-specific certifications preferred.
• Certification in one functional area of application.

Required experience:

• Moderate level of demonstrated Enterprise Applications Consultant experience in one or more applications (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, etc.).
• Moderate level of demonstrated experience working across project lifecycles from scoping to post go-live.
• Moderate level of demonstrated experienced in providing technical guidance for the planning, design implementation of enterprise applications.
• Moderate level of demonstrated client engagement experience.
