Job summary

Arista Networks is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join the Sales Engineering team in the Western India area. You will partner with Account teams to provide pre-sales technical support, architecting Data Centre and Campus solutions, and aligning offerings with customer goals.

Lead hands-on PoCs, perform network architecture reviews, and collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to shape future solutions and open networking strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level engineering/CS/CE degree required.
• 10+ years L2/L3 networking design and implementation experience, data centre and campus focus.
• Expertise in routing and switching (L2/L3) across major vendors.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor for customers to gather requirements and identify opportunities.
• Architect, design and propose data centre and campus network solutions (leaf-spine, VXLAN/EVPN).
• Perform hands-on tests for PoC setups and network designs.
• Respond to RFP/RFQs with design proposals and guidance.
• Provide feedback to product management and engineering.
