• Proven experience in security management in regulated industries
• Strong knowledge of intelligence, threat assessment and risk analysis
• Experience with personal and physical safety programs
• Understanding of security regulatory requirements
• Excellent written communication translating complex information into clear recommendations
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities
• Sound judgment and proactive problem-solving skills
• Experience operating in complex, multicultural environments
• Willingness to participate in on-call security response activities
• Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related discipline
• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
