Qualifications

• 8-10 years of semiconductor device failure analysis experience or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Failure analysis experience with Power Management products.
• Experience with electrical isolation and physical failure analysis techniques.
• Strong understanding of diodes and transistors.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and report on a range of semiconductor products focusing on failure analysis.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics and layouts.
• Use bench equipment to power up and characterize fault symptoms.
• Apply deprocessing and non-destructive techniques as needed.
