Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in Semiconductor industry, preferably in Failure Analysis.
• Strong knowledge on FA techniques & equipment, including Non-Destructive, Sample Prep, Physical, Chemical, Electrical, Fault Isolation.

Responsibilities

• Manage full FA activities on product FA, Mav lots, CI lots.
• Lead gap analysis and new machine evaluation and method development.
• Interface with product division, manage recipe transfer activity.
