Qualifications

• 10+ years IT/automation experience
• 5+ years in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop)
• Expertise in RPA, API integrations, DevOps, and document processing

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud and Desktop
• Develop UI-based automation for legacy/desktop apps including screen scraping and selector-based interactions
• Build API integrations using HTTP connectors, custom connectors, and premium connectors with robust error handling
• Automate file-based workflows across SharePoint, OneDrive, network shares, and Azure Blob Storage
• Implement mail automation flows for Outlook/Exchange/shared mailboxes
• Deliver OCR and intelligent document processing using AI Builder, Form Recognizer, and Document Intelligence
• Apply production-grade error handling, retries, logging, and alerts
• Own DevOps practices for Power Automate: ALM pipelines and environment management
• Conduct code/flow reviews and maintain reusable templates and documentation
• Provide production support and incident resolution within SLA
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to solution architecture and effort estimation
• Maintain technical docs (PDDs, SDDs, runbooks)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Power Automate Developer to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑grade automation solutions. This role requires deep expertise in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop) and a proven track record of building resilient, scalable workflows across critical business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain end‑to‑end automation solutions using Power Automate Cloud Flows and Desktop Flows.

• Develop UI‑based automation for legacy/desktop applications, including screen scraping, selector‑based interaction, and coded automation.

• Build robust API integrations using HTTP connectors, custom connectors, and premium connectors, with advanced authentication and error‑handling.

• Automate file‑based workflows across SharePoint, OneDrive, network shares, and Azure Blob Storage.

• Implement mail automation flows for Outlook/Exchange/shared mailboxes at scale.

• Deliver OCR and intelligent document processing using AI Builder, Azure Form Recognizer/Document Intelligence, including model training and exception routing.

• Apply production‑grade error handling, retry policies, logging, and alerting.

• Own DevOps practices for Power Automate: solution deployment, ALM pipelines, environment management, and promotion across Dev/Test/Prod.

• Conduct code/flow reviews, maintain reusable templates, and enforce documentation and error‑handling standards.

• Provide production support, troubleshoot failures, and manage incident resolution within SLA.

• Mentor junior developers and contribute to solution architecture and effort estimation.

• Maintain technical documentation (PDDs, SDDs, runbooks).

Qualifications

• 10+ years overall IT/automation experience, with at least 5+ years in Power Automate (Cloud & Desktop).

• Strong expertise in RPA, API integrations, DevOps practices, and intelligent document processing.

• Hands‑on experience with Azure services, AI Builder, and enterprise connectors.

• Proven ability to design scalable, resilient automation solutions in production environments.

• Excellent problem‑solving, documentation, and mentoring skills.
