Job summary

NCS in the Philippines is seeking an senior Automation Architect to lead end-to-end design of intelligent automation using Microsoft Power Platform in Metro Manila. You will collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable, maintainable solutions and guide PM teams through the automation lifecycle.

You will ensure AI/ML integration, API connectivity, and governance while aligning with Azure, Dynamics 365 and SharePoint ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Experience designing intelligent automation with Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proficiency in Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents.
• Experience integrating AI/ML models in automation.
• Strong API integration, RPA, and workflow automation knowledge.
• Experience with low-code/no-code development platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and architecture of automation solutions using Power Platform.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements.
• Ensure AI/ML integration for predictive analytics where applicable.
• Provide architectural oversight and governance for automation projects.
• Mentor development teams to align with automation strategies and architecture.
• Establish security and performance best practices for automation projects.

Job Description

• Leads the end-to-end design and architecture of automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborates with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate requirements into scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Ensures the integration of AI and machine learning models where applicable for predictive and prescriptive analytics.
• Collaborates with the internal team to extend technical leadership throughout the automation development cycle.
• Leads the integration of Power Platform with other Microsoft services (e.g., Azure, Dynamics 365, SharePoint) and third-party applications as needed.
• Implements and manages API integrations to facilitate data exchange and workflow automation.
• Identifies opportunities for ongoing automation enhancements and optimizations.
• Provides architectural oversight and best practices for developing intelligent automation solutions.
• Mentors and guides development teams to ensure alignment with automation strategies and architecture.
• Establishes and enforces governance, security, and performance best practices for automation projects.
• Stays abreast of emerging technologies and trends in intelligent automation to drive continuous improvement and innovation.

Minimum Qualifications
