Job summary

NightOwl Consulting Philippines Inc. is seeking a Post-Closing TRID Specialist with at least five years of mortgage closing/post-closing experience and deep knowledge of regulatory and investor guidelines across loan programs.

You will monitor closed loan pipelines in the LOS, issue Post Consummation Closing Disclosures in a timely manner, and coordinate with internal teams to cure deficiencies while meeting deadlines and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in mortgage closing or post-closing with knowledge of regulatory/investor guidelines.
• Ability to meet deadlines and multi-task.
• Strong organizational/analytical/communication skills; able to work with all management levels.
• Independent, detail-oriented, with good judgment and confidentiality.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Review investor deficiencies for remediation and monitor a suspended closed loan pipeline.
• Ensure Post Consummation Closing Disclosures are issued timely and compliant.
• Clarify documentation needs with investors to cure defects.
• Perform due diligence on TRID conditions to ensure disclosures are accurate and timely.
• Verify LOAN Estimate and Closing Disclosure accuracy and reconcile final fees.
