Pioneer Your Insurance in the Philippines is seeking an administrative professional to support treaty renewals, reinsurance, and reports generation. The role focuses on accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal standards.

You will coordinate with Shared Financials for commission payments, assist with booking of policies, issue reinsurance binders, and prepare Hull Underwriting reports.

Responsibilities

• Commission Processing Support: Complies with set standards of Account Officers on accuracy and timeliness of commission processing
• Commission Processing Support: Coordinates with Shared Financials to ensure timely payment of commission to intermediaries
• Reinsurance Support: Processes booking of policies within the booking period as agreed with Account Officers
• Reinsurance Support: Processes issuance and releasing of reinsurance binders within set standards on quality and timeliness
• Reinsurance Support: Processes payment of reinsurance premiums within set standard on accuracy and timeliness
• Reinsurance Support: Ensures that documents are properly filed in compliance with set standards on records management
• Reports Generation: Prepares reports are required by Hull Underwriting
