COREPROFILE

AsaSrPlatformProductSpecialist,you'llbeassistingtheleadofCorePlatforms(IAU)bycontributingtoMaya'sproductplatformstrategyandexecutionofroadmapsforIdentitiesandAccessManagement(IAM)andAccountsManagement.TherolerequiresstrongproductmanagementcapabilitycombinedwithdemonstrabletechnicaldepthinIAM-gainedthrougheitherhands-onIAMengineeringexperienceorexperiencedefininganddeliveringtechnicallycomplexIAMplatformcapabilities.

ThecandidatemustbeabletoexplainhowIAMcomponentsandintegrationswork,assesstechnicaltrade-offs,andtranslatebusiness,security,andregulatoryneedsintoclearplatformrequirements.Thisincludespracticalknowledgeofauthenticationandauthorizationstandards,withOAuth2.0asakeyrequirement.Therolealsorequiresstrongdata-drivendecision-makingandahands-onAGILEapproachthroughouttheproductdevelopmentlifecycle(PDLC).

NATUREOFWORK

• Inthisrole,youwillbeprimarilyresponsibleformanagingCorePlatformsforIdentities,AccessandAccountManagement(IAM)
• TheCorePlatformProductSpecialistfor(IAM)andAccountsManagement

• OwnthecoreplatformsofIdentityandAccessmanagementthatenablecustomersandinternalteamstosafelyonboard,authenticate,andtransactwithinMaya.Thisroleensuresthateverycustomerinteraction-fromregistrationtodailyusageacrossMaya'schannelsandproducts-happensinawaythatissecure,compliant,reliable,andscalable,whilealsoenablinginternalteamstobuildandoperateservicesefficiently.
• Own the Accounts Management platform that governs customer account status, lifecycle, and wallet limits, acting as the central control layer that enforces access, transaction eligibility, and regulatory constraints across Maya's products and services.
• DefinitechnicallysoundplatformrequirementsforIAMcapabilitiesandintegrations.Workwithengineeringandarchitectureteamstodescribeend-to-endflows,APIs,dataandtokenexchanges,securitycontrols,failurescenarios,andnon-functionalrequirements.Therolemustbeabletochallengeproposedsolutionsandmakeinformedtrade-offsacrosssecurity,scalability,reliability,customerexperience,anddeliveryeffort.

• Documentation-EnsureCurrentcapabilitiesandchangesareproperlydocumentedviaProductRequirementsDocuments(PRDs),ServiceMemosandotherdocumentationneededtoenableMayachannelsandservices.
• MarketResearch:Conductin-depthmarketanalysiswithinthePhilippinesFinTechSector,stayingattunedtoindustrytrends,regulatorychanges,andemergingopportunities.Usethisknowledgetodeterminekeyproductstrategies.

• Requiredtechnicalbackground:Thecandidatemusthaveeither(A)hands-onengineeringexperiencebuildingorintegratingIAMcapabilities,or(B)deeptechnicalIAMknowledgegainedthroughproduct,architecture,security,orplatformroles.Ineithercase,thecandidatemustbeabletoexplainhowIAMsolutionsworkbeyondrolloutorimplementationcoordinationandmustdemonstratepracticalknowledgeofOAuth2.0.
• Bachelor'sdegreeinBusinessManagement,ComputerScience/Engineering,orarelatedfield.
