Share is building a cloud-native, AI-enabled infrastructure for a bandwidth marketplace. We seek a Senior Platform Engineer who can own scalable systems, lead cross-functional teams, and push for robust, production-grade solutions across Kubernetes, virtualization, and cloud architectures.

Ideal candidates have deep API design experience, production-grade Docker orchestration skills, and a practical, hands-on leadership approach that drives outcomes from planning to production.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of professional systems/infrastructure engineering experience with real ownership of infrastructure at scale.
• Leadership mindset; take responsibility for outcomes and push for right calls for team and company.
• Deep Kubernetes expertise: deployed, scaled, and debugged production clusters.
• Strong cloud infrastructure experience (GCP preferred): networking, IAM, cost and capacity planning, multi-region architecture.
• Depth across the full stack: production Docker and container orchestration, virtualization technologies (VMware, KVM, Hyper‑V).
• Deep production API design and management experience.
• AI‑native in your workflow: built with AI tools, not just used them.
• You ship and drive; own issues through production and push learnings to the department.
